With another loss this morning I broke the 50 pounds lost mark again! This is the second time I have broken this barrier, the other time was at some point 3 years ago or so after which I slide back slowly over he course of the past 3 years.
The 50 lbs lost is cumulative and includes all my work over the past 7 years which is where the bulk of the weight was lost. Still is a great feeling overall to have lost that much weight with more to come.
50 Pounds Lost
Ten five pound sacks of flour
When I look back at just how much weight that is, I can’t imagine the stress I was putting on my joints and how much weight I was carrying around all day. Moving around must have been such a task all by itself. Luckily I can’t even remember that anymore, and at this point I can’t imagine slinging ten five pound sacks of flour on my back and attempting to walk around. It’s no wonder that people who are largely obese and out of shape cringe at the thought of moving at all.
