One day in and so far so good. I woke up this morning extremely groggy, however as the morning progressed my energy level has picked up a lot. My eating has been spot on today and I got the bike out and rode in this morning and well ride home this evening as well.
My starting weight this morning was a bit of a scary 210 lbs
I got a nice walk in at noon as well to go get my lunch. The other big emphasis today and this week especially is water. I am trying to take in a lot of water. This should help keep me energetic, hydrated and assist flushing out some of the crap i have been eating and drinking over the past week of vacation.
Starting Weigh In
My starting weight this morning was a bit of a scary 210 lbs, however I am feeling very confident in my ability to make the go down and go down fast. I got in a quick run yesterday, my bicycle commuting and a few nice walks should help jump start that process.
I plan to riding 14 miles or so on Saturday morning as well. Already looking forward to the weekend!
