Yesterday I broke all the rules I had set for myself like no sweets, no eating after 7:00 PM and not logging all my food. As a result I was up a pound today. Part of that may still be some lingering soreness from the weekend hike, but I am not taking that as an excuse.
Yesterday I attended a conference that had cookies (sweets are killer for me) and some other snacks. Of course I had some… or three. Also ate a lot last night beyond my calorie allowances. So today I jumped back on the bike despite some soreness and rode in.
Not gonna let one simple slip-up day derail me. In a little bit of jeopardy of not having a loss this week if I don’t pick up the slack.
